Superboy Cheque Biography
The born Akanbi Bamidele Brett and professionally referred to Super Cheque. Super Cheque is a Nigerian singer and rapper who was born on the 23rd of March, 1995. She is from Ondo State.
The place he was raised is Okitipupa, Ondo State and was raised on the outskirts of Ondo Town. He was a student at Obafemi Awolowo University, Osun state, where he earned a an honours degree in Chemical Engineering.
Superboy Cheque Career
Cheque began his professional career in music while studying at OAU and was later referred to by the name of Kyle B, he however relocated to Lagos state following his the completion of his studies to concentrate on his professional career.
He signed with Cruel Station in 2017 alongside his buddy, DML (who later changed his name to Fireboy DML) and the contract provided them with a home however, it was eventually canceled and they were sent into the street once more.
His releases were mostly of freestyles, which was posted to his Instagram page. It was one of the reasons that led for his signing with Phyno who owns PentHauze Music in 2019.
The move to PentHauze was definitely a turning point in his career. His debut appearance under the new label was ” Nyem Space” which was a track by a group featuring Phyno, Rhatti and Nuno Zigi, which was released in March of 2019.

As Kyle-B, he released a 5-track EP entitled ” S.O.O.N (Something Out Of Nothing)” under his first label. the album included DML, Viruz Zamaro and Chinko Ekun, who were his school and friends classmates at the time.
Under PentHauze Cheque’s penthouse, Cheque initially released the three songs ” Jeka Soro“, ” Pain Away” and ” Abundance” in June of 2019 before establishing his position through “Razor EP” which rose to the top five Nigerian songs on iTunes in less than 24 hours after its publication.
Cheque was also included in Olamide’s album ” 999” along with Rhatti, Phyno, Cheque, Snow on a track which was titled ” Warlords“.
