Remilekun Oshodi as her full name. However, she is often and affectionately referred to as Remi Oshodi. She is a renowned Nigerian entertainer, actress, and businesswoman.

Her birth date was May 14, the year of her birth. Her date of birth is not known. Remi comes from Ondo State in southern western Nigeria. Her early years was quite lavish because she was driven to school in an exotic vehicle and a prestigious education that helped her become the person she has become today.

Remi Oshodi started her career as an actor in 1985 when she appeared in an episode of the Classic TV series, Village Headmaster.

Remi became famous as well as recognition within the Nigerian film industry after she starred as a key role in the film “Surutu,” a film which was extremely successful and gave her the performance name: Surutu.

Remi was able to take a break from acting to become mortician at the well-known funeral company Ebony Caskets.

Remi’s marriage issues aren’t disclosed, however she was reported to have lost her daughter Elizabeth due to the sickle cell on the 1st July 2017.
